New Zealand Naturals is built around simple pleasures and the idea of hanging out — relaxed, familiar, and naturally enjoyable.

The challenge was to introduce a new frozen yogurt bar format without disrupting that established brand tone or retail presence.

Key considerations included:

  • Introduce an on-the-go frozen format without sacrificing approachability

  • Leverage familiar ice-cream bar behavior to create a lighter product perception

  • Ensure seamless alignment with New Zealand Naturals’ existing brand and retail ecosystem

The system was designed to feel unmistakably New Zealand Naturals while introducing a new product behavior. Every decision — from material finish to illustration density — balanced expression with restraint.
